Yes. The Production Rate Display can be configured to show production output in different time periods, such as per minute, per hour, or per shift. The system can calculate and update these values automatically based on the production count and selected time mode.
The display can receive production signals from PLC, sensors, encoders, proximity sensors, push buttons, and other compatible devices. Depending on the application, analogue inputs such as 4–20mA can also be supported.
Yes. The Production Rate Display can be integrated with PLC and other industrial control systems. Communication options can include RS485, Modbus RTU, Ethernet TCP/IP, or direct digital/encoder inputs, depending on the required configuration.
Yes. Reset functions can be configured according to the production operation. For example, the per-shift production rate or accumulated count can be automatically reset at the start of a new shift, or reset manually when required.
